Data Recipients / Accessible to: The Personal Data is accessible to certain authorized Infosys employees in internal functions such as Marketing and Sales, and Infosys authorized Service Providers such as AWS Cloud service providers, Cookie Vendors, Communication Platform(s) including Audio-Video conferencing etc.

Lawfulness of Processing:

We process your Personal Data when it is necessary with your consent for the below mentioned purpose(s). Where we process Personal Data based on consent, your consent is revocable at any time:

• For creating login credentials and enabling access to the Infosys Virtual Living Labs platform
• For enabling you to interact with the participants & panel on the Virtual Living Labs platform via Audio-Video feature
• For strengthening Business Relations with you.
• To provide better usability, troubleshooting and site maintenance.

Data Subject Rights: You may exercise your data privacy rights as per applicable DP laws by sending an email to privacy@infosys.com.

Right to Withdrawal: Where we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you may withdraw you consent to the processing at any time in the future. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, please contact privacy@infosys.com.

Secondary Purpose

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Consent, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.

Data Transfer: The Personal Data listed above may be transferred to countries outside of your local jurisdiction, for which the Data Protection Legislation may differ from that of your local jurisdiction, such as Infosys offices located in India and our authorized Service Providers’ servers located globally, as applicable.
